I work with the world’s largest and most successful business brokerage, Sunbelt Business Brokers, to help people buy and sell businesses. Sunbelt has approximately 20 offices in Canada, more than 250 licensed offices and 1,400 brokers globally, that coordinate the sale of some 3,000 small and mid-sized businesses each year.
I work with owners of small, medium, and large privately owned businesses to prepare, and position their businesses for sale. The majority of Sunbelt’s transactions are confidential, this means that the community does not know how many businesses have actually changed ownership, and as such, the general and day-to-day operations are not impacted by the change. We will manage and guide you through all of the steps in the transition process to arrive at a successful completion - allowing both parties to monitor the ongoing success of the transaction.
Sunbelt has access to a network of buyers that includes private equity groups, international companies and first-time buyers. We can provide education and guidance to those who need, taking them systematically through identifying, financing, and buying privately held businesses that they can afford and have the aptitude and ability to be successful in.
